Not an agency.
A systems organism.

N1S1 started as two engineers obsessed with one metric: time-to-first-value. Today we are a 14-person studio of designers, Rust / Go / Node engineers and ML specialists. We treat every website as distributed infrastructure — cached at edge, instrumented, self-healing.

N1S1 engineers coding minimal systems — ◉ Inside N1S1 Lab — daily deploys, weekly benchmarks, monthly teardown. We delete more code than we write.

We believe speed is a feature, minimalism is a strategy, AI is plumbing.

Most sites fail not because of design, but because of weight: 4MB of JS, 27 trackers, waterfall fonts. N1S1 ships sub-50KB critical path, system fonts or single variable font, AVIF images, and edge HTML. Then we layer AI where it pays: search, support, personalization, ops.
